Manage the HR department with our remote team
I actually found monday.com while my husband and I were researching CRM and productivity apps for his business (travel) - I loved it so much, I got myself an account for work!

When I joined the Human Resources team at my company, I had to share it with them, and we quickly adopted a business account for our team. Now we all have our own boards that we share with one another, and a shared board for team tasks. This way, we are able to stay up to date with what everyone is working on, even though we work in a remote environment. It has been a game-changer for us to be able to stay on the same page in real time, without flooding everyone's inboxes with emails, calendar invites, and files.
Getting started tips
I played with different templates and features in monday.com for a few days before really jumping into using it for my work tasks - I plugged in random projects I was working on around the house, errands I had to run, etc. This allowed me to really get a feel for the functionality before I had to actually rely on it to take the place of my other productivity apps I had been using for work. I showed my team all the options to add due dates, priority coding, timelines, and comments to tasks so that we could have all the information we needed at a glance, in a single place.

Without this template I would
Without this template, my team would be lost! We work remotely, and keeping track of shared and individual tasks and goals in a company that is growing at an exponential rate was nearly impossible. We constantly had minor details slipping through the cracks. monday.com saves us time, energy, and a LOT of emails, spreadsheets, calendars, and hard drive space.
