Tracking our print needs for food stores
This template is used to build in store panels and other items for food-service. It's very helpful if you need to give creative direction and examples of past creative to work off of, and keeping in the know on current status.

We gather all sizes for the prints, with how many items and variations of each print we need.
Getting started tips
This template solves the need for going into Excel and creating a new template each time to let the creative team know what needs to be updated. Direct reference links are able to be input as well which is super helpful. Also, instead of having to email someone asking about the status of each deliverable, a column for "status" is updated real-time when complete

Why we love this template
It's super easy to use this template and just change out the specific print items needed month to month. Having a status update column is also very beneficial. Also, because these items have to go through an approval process, being able to change the assignee as this goes through the process is very useful.

Without this template I would have had to spend 3x the time each month to build out the creative needs and would also have to have an in-person meeting with the creative team to ensure they were tracking with what was on the deliverables list
