Tracking progress of restaurant menu inputting
The Operations manager uses this to track the progress of the team members directly below her as we move them through the process of going live. She will assign different tasks and keep track of the employees, all while keeping her notes here. Then Over In sale I use this when keeping contact with the client and updating them on their progress upon request.
Getting started tips
We listed important milestones and tweaked it from there after using it. Under "Menu" the menu admin assigned is listed. Then as they hit checkpoints in launching a client, it will be tracked here with the date. We will email a client for the final menu check as well so that is tracked here.

Why we love this template
It can be used as a great visual for who we have in our pipeline. Also, when an aggravated client calls asking why we aren't done, I can go in to let them know if we are waiting on them or not. Before I would have to stall and IM someone in Ops.
Without this template I would
Without this template we would be forgetting clients left and right. Clients would be lost in the on boarding process, we would forget to remind them to check their emails for a menu check. Other departments waiting on clients to get onboarded would end up getting frustrated with the wrong people because they would have to visual to see where everyone is at.
