There are many tasks that need to be organized (ie, when to order uniforms, when paper work is due) that helps keep the office administrators on task. We also use it for future months so we know what to expect and what we can start on sooner if needed.
Getting started tips
It is broken down by items that we need to accomplish. Some are on going (paper work never ends!), some have deadlines (payroll). Others are just to remind us that we need to accomplish little tasks as well.

It is easy to use and understand, and you can tag people to help you complete your task and communicate with everyone even if we aren't in the office together.
