Track our design projects from start to finish
Our whole team uses this template to maintain visibility to client projects. We use it to track new and existing projects, keep track of timelines and assign ownership. We review and update it individually every day and then do a group review of all of it each Monday. We use the checklist function to keep track of smaller tasks and the mention function to make assignment of smaller tasks within a project easier.
Getting started tips
We use the Sales Stage column to track where we are in that cycle and archive things from the board once they are invoiced and payment is received. We also track priority to stay on task for the week.The Project Phase column is used once the sale is closed and the project begins. Here we keep up on where things are in the overall timeline. We rely heavily on the install date column to balance our schedule demands. We sync this up with our Google calendars to keep us all in the loop.

Without this template, we would back in the world of Google Drive/docs, which was terribly hard to stay on top of. It makes management of everything easy and is easy to use for each of our team members. For a busy firm that has very little extra time, this tool is a life saver!
