List all the tasks for our internal team
We are a small design firm and this just keeps us all accountable for our jobs. Whether it is ordering office supplies, or finishing some vital company paperwork, this is the catch-all for our everyday to-do items. The team adds all of the small tasks we need done and we use the Status and Priority columns to keep the task list prioritized. Previously, we were using Google Sheets to list things out, but there was no way to track our conversations or assign owners.
Getting started tips
We simply add tasks, assign an owner and set a completion date. At the beginning of each week, we go in and review what needs to get done in the next 7 days. We use the sort function to organize tasks and focus on the most important items. We divide the Board into different groups for major departments and areas of focus, to keep it from getting too cluttered.

Why we love this template
It's makes sorting, filtering and adjusting easy and gives us a great quick glance at the work that needs to get done. It also cuts back on unnecessary communication (emails, texts, etc.). All of the information is right where we need it.
