Manage client design projects and payments
We all are architects; our job is to design projects for our clients and sale them.
We all use it to organize our clients and keep track of the number of clients we all have and make an even number between us. also upload images of price quotations and notes that contain our clients data, name, address, phone number and email.
Getting started tips
First there is the name of our client, second the architect that is in charge of the project and then the date of the first visit to the store.
Followed by the labels of Phase, Priority and Status.
Then is time to start with the price of the project and followed by the payments.
At the end we have an installation date and a timeline for the beginning and end of the project to be done.
Thats it, is so simple.

Why we love this template
This is a basic way to organize month by month a list of clients and the status of them by using colorful labels, notes and uploaded data, If you need to keep track of the status of something and organize some payments with a limit timeline this is a simple way.
Without this template I would
Without this template on monday I would need to use more digital platforms and physical notes to keep track of our client data and price quotations payments, also I would need to spend more time informing my boss and team coworkers about my amount of clients, goals, tasks, data and sales.
