New App Launch: Sales for Home Healthcare
We are launching a new app for healthcare - this template is our plan for launching.
Our entire company's efforts revolve around this board. The clients and leads aspects we do use it for are things like conferences to book and follow up on after, new sales initiatives, partnership management, marketing ideas, anything we need to do to grow and operate.

Getting started tips
We divided everything it takes to launch our company into 6 categories that each have their own tasks and deadlines:
- Marketing and Market Research
- Sales and Marketing Tools
- HR / Staff
- Client Services
We constantly update the hierarchy of what are the top priorities every day in each category and adjust them easily. The due dates keep everyone focused on time goals.
Without this template I would
