Prioritize and keep track of incoming sales
We use this template to make sure that every member of our team knows what's going on at the same time. We work remotely so it's important we have a place to share information and keep everyone up to date. Plus we all are able to know where a project is at any given time.
Getting started tips
The board is divided into categories based on where our client is in the sales process. The first section is for leads and clients we are working on closing a deal with. There is a lead salesperson, and the support staff working on the project. There is a section for status to know where the sale is. The other board sections are for closed projects, people to follow up with, and more.

Why we love this template
This template made it SO easy to grow our company, add more clients, and to on board any new staff members easily. It's so quick to get someone up to speed on what projects are in the works while holding people accountable for their projects and responsibilities. It's great for small business.
Without this template I would
I honestly wouldn't know what's what most of the time. It's so easy to get lost and confused while juggling multiple clients at the same time but this board makes it so easy to know exactly what's going on. Plus it makes our team look like productivity masters because we can handle tons of different projects at once.
