Create blog articles and post on social media
This board helps us get an overview of our blog / article resources, from conception through to strategic placement on different social media channels. Some in our team are responsible for content creation / writing. We have a couple of editors and another teammate who manages the posting. Each update to the pulse status or posting schedule informs others on the team of what they're supposed to do next.
Getting started tips
Each article / post is a pulse. Status updates track the progress of the article from concept to postable. When an article (pulse) becomes "Ready to Post" then the person assigned to posting to social media then gets queued to post. The columns represent different social media channels. Once posted, enter the date that article gets posted to the respective channel.

Why we love this template
We have a ton of content on the go. This helps us tame the creative beast! It has helped by creating an easy to use, online tool that builds synergy in our creative marketing team. When we move a ball (pulse) forward, it's easy to track and signals the next person to start their part. We also now have a beautiful dashboard view of all of our progress and accomplishments.
Without this template I would
Without this template we would drop a lot of balls and forget a lot of great ideas. We'd lose track of who is doing what. We would also forget what we've posted, when we posted it and where we posted it. This template has helped us add traction and momentum to our online social media presence.
