Managing project tasks throughout our team
We use this to keep track of our current active projects, to have an easily accessible place for a complete list. We are able to view all the deadlines to know which order is the most efficient. Makes adding notes and messaging individual teammates quick. Lets know know all the stages of the project and add with a click things that comeup.
Getting started tips
We created groups for each active project in alphabetical order, then added pulses for each task we need to accomplish. Next, we began to assign our projects, we went with Captain since someone is usually heading up the task, but often will need help to complete it. We came up with status' that we often say where we are at as well as what priority we consider this task with a due date.

Why we love this template
Before this, we were so busy with so many incoming projects that tasks would slip through the cracks and wouldn't realize till last minute. This has helped streamline that process. Projects can continuously be added and adjusted, which is the case for every project we work on. It's really helped to keep us focused.
Without this template I would
Likely we would not be as organized without project structure. We would not have as much focus, or remember which projects are the priority at that moment. It relieves a lot of pressure to remember a task briefly mentioned in passing. Overall we would not be as efficient as we would like to be.
