Keep track of customer maintenance agreements
It allows us to keep track of our current maintenance agreements for our customers as well as it helps us know if a customer needs to be schedule for their maintenance or if they need to renew. Each time we get a new customer we put it on Monday.com. It filters everything which is helpful because it will show where we have the most maintenance agreements.
Getting started tips
With this template you add the customers information such as name, address, phone number, # of systems they have, etc. to the columns that it requests. There are two columns that request if the customer needs to be schedule, expired, renewed, etc. whether for heating or cooling. The last columns ask for the cost of the maintenance that was purchased and when did the customer sign up whether new or current.

Why we love this template
We use a dispatching software that keeps track of our invoices, agreements and scheduling. However since we had this software, the agreement portion is not accurate. It adds extra years and does not provide us update to when the customer has been schedule for their maintenance. With this template from Monday.com, it shows everything that we need. We can add more columns or get rid of columns that we no longer need. But most importantly it helps us keep track to when the customer needs to be schedule and what our total.
Without this template I would
Without this template I would have to check each day to see how many customers are left to schedule and create a separate spreadsheet and continuously changing columns. I would have lost track of customers who are expiring and the total of current customers.
