Ad-hoc Office Project
This is a board we are using to manage a one off project across multiple teams. We are also using this to track and forecast expenditure and review daily where each individual is against their set tasks.

This project is an office refresh so all orders placed with third parties are tracked via this and monitored for delivery. It also means we can organise contractors around delivery schedules.
Getting started tips
The colours used are fairly basic as we use this board as a high level overview of where we are to date. Team members may be co-ordinating tasks, delegating or completing tasks required to form the end result of the overall project.

The data can be exported at regular intervals to share with budget holder if needed.
